Senator Lautenberg (T*-NJ) and Representative McCarthy (T*-NY), are teaming up with anti-civil-rights activists to impose more restrictions on our 2A rights. The common theme is "You don't need a 30-round clip (sic) to go hunting".

Well, Rep. McCarthy, nobody NEEDS a geriatric, vapid, shrill, opportunistic, and intellectually lazy person representing them in Congress, either. But, your district keeps sending you back anyway, as is their RIGHT to do (even if I disagree with their choice). "Need" has nothing to do with it. If you were capable of rubbing two brain cells together to form a complete thought (or had actually read the document that you took an oath to uphold), you would know this.

For argument's sake, let's instead suggest that a group of 30 people "of color" gathered together, exercised in inflammatory rhetoric that resulted in property getting damaged and people getting hurt, and they used personal property to advance their crimes. Would you then suggest that we should infringe on the 13th Amendment regarding "people of color"? Or infringe upon the 1st Amendment Freedom to Associate and Freedom of Speech? Would you recommend that we further infringe on the 4th Amendment and take their "criminal property" without Due Process? Would you?

Once upon a time in America, bigots banded together to suppress "niggers". The KKK did heinous things to people because they were different. Today, gun owners are the new "nigger"**. And, like before, the Democratic Party is the primary political cover that allows The New KKK Gun Control Advocates a platform for spewing their hateful ideas. Being Anti-Freedom, it is what makes the Democratic Party tick.

Modern Slavery

The man with the furtive eyes and the weapon in his belt looks around. A new batch of laborers is about to begin the journey. The conditions are terrible. For the guys with the weapons, the women and young girls provide entertainment during the journey. Unwilling entertainment, but that's fine with him. To him, they are just meat anyway. Who cares, she will make a good toy for her new master and he'll get a nice check for her sale.

The less healthy men will get sick, hurt, or maybe die during this journey. That's okay too. They have already paid their money and the rest can pick over the fallen's things for useful items. The recruiters back in their home towns don't care. They are already rounding up the next batch of workers.

These dark-skinned migrants are not the African slaves of the olden times. No. They are modern slaves. Bought and sold into the labor markets north of the border. Uneducated, they believe that they are going to a better life. The reality is that they are merely wage-slaves. Brought into the country with the complicity of the United States government in order to mask the fact that the country is bankrupt.

Yes. You read that correctly.

The Tax Parasites that control the levers of power know that the Baby Boom generation bubble has moved from the "Net payer" category to the "Net recipient" one. Without massive influxes of new revenue streams, the country will begin an ever-tightening death spiral of entitlement spending from which it cannot recover. We are not making babies fast enough to keep up with the payments. So, the answer is to force another group of immigrants onto the tax rolls so that the scheme can stay afloat for another few years and they can stay in power a little longer.

Like the slave owners of old, the exploitation of the minorities doesn't really bother them. They are elite and above them. Like the opponents of the Civil Rights Act in 1964, these power elites think they can get away with a little more oppression, just a little longer. The atrocities, the rape trees, the discrimination, these are all okay as long as the money keeps flowing.

It is wrong.

Decency requires that the flow of slaves cease. If your congress-critter or local politician is an advocate of open borders; if your representative condemns other locales for daring to stand up for law and order, then they are openly stating that they support the human trafficking, rape, and other atrocities committed in the business of illegal immigration. Like the plantation owners in the 1800's and the Ku Klux Klan Democrats in the 1950's and 1960's (and strangely enough, the Democrats today), the people who support the continuation of this abhorrent practice want economic and political power over others. Deny it to them.

Force the closure of our southern border. Force the enforcement of our existing laws, as Arizona has done. Force the people coming into our country to be identified, vetted, and cleared before conferring residency. Force them to adopt the language, customs, and allegiance of this country if they wish to become a citizen. Like we used to do...

And, finally, end the entitlements that are destroying this country and which require modern-day slave trading to support. We have already fought one civil war over slavery. Do we really wish to fight another one?

Slavery, or Liberty?

In the ongoing march toward Socialism that we are engaged in, one thing has become clear to me. That is:

People are much more willing to accept a Slave Master than to achieve Self Mastery.

A chained and beaten slave at least has his basic needs met, so long as he is willing to let another lay claim to the output of his labor. Funny how the organizations pushing enslavement the hardest are the same ones who would decry it, if it went by its true name instead of being disguised as "Hope-n-Change" from a Socialist Utopian dream.

Samuel Adams said it best:

"If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. It isn't like there were going to be any bombshells going off, though. We have read the playbook and seen it in action. It goes something like this:

Protesting "Teabaggers" are un-American and are tools of the insurance lobby.

The protesters are the violent ones, and our purple-shirted goons union enforcers volunteers are just victims who want what's best for the people.

Violent right-wing extremists are now bringing guns to peaceful gatherings. So we need to demonize and marginalize shine the light of truth on them to show how they are out of the mainstream.

Even though we are paid-for tools of Soros and the Pharmaceutical industry (of which Soros owns a pretty chunk), we only want power over you you to have the best choices possible for your health care.

Right.

And the beat goes on.

The Truth? Real citizens are getting active and the more they learn about what's REALLY in the bill, the less they like it. Heck, even I can take a few days to read the bill. Unlike John Conyers... So, the obvious truth is that the Democrats are trying to frame the message, and are lying brazenly and openly to our faces, and the enabling media is white-washing it and covering for them.

I can tell you this much. If I go to a town hall myself, I can understand the logic of carrying a means of self-defense with me. The last thing I want is a confrontation with 2 or 3 or 6 300-pound goons trying to intimidate me into compliance with their views or silence about mine. This is America, for God's sake! If you Dems cannot get your message across in a manner that makes the people support you, then you deserve to lose the next election. Bringing in thugs to beat up the opposition only invites violence in return. And if your thugs continue to escalate, you might find you have a real fight on your hands.

All this over power you are not even authorized to wield in this Republic. Think about that one Nancy and Steny. Think about that one Mister President. Your constitutional authority does not extend into mandatory government-run health care.

Try respecting that.

Anyhoo, former loon Governor of Arizona and current DHS Gadfly in Command, Janet Napolitano, has published the famous hit piece on mainstream Americans entitled "Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment". This piece of un-balanced excretia was a swing-and-a-miss from the get-go. It was rushed through to publication, against the advice of the lawyers and advisors with a longer view of things, and hit the distro list just in time for the "TEA Parties".

I am shocked...

I mean, partisan hack-jobs being released immediately prior to a media (non)-event? Whodathunkit? I mean, that kind of stuff NEVER happens in politics, does it?

Nah. That's just paranoia talking, right?

Right?

Or not...

So, the author of the document is listed on page 1 as: "(U) Prepared by the Extremism and Radicalization Branch, Homeland Environment Threat Analysis Division. Coordinated with the FBI."

The Department of Homeland Security has an Extremism and Radicalization Branch? Doesn't that mean that in this branch, they are fomenting radicals and extremists? With the help of the FBI? Wow. If I was one of the tinfoil-hat crowd, I might get concerned.

If you understand what a trial balloon is, you might think that this report was floated just to see WHICH groups jumped. It is kind of like the highway patrol man person Trooper activating the radar gun to see which cars' brake lights illuminate. Can you say "Gotcha"? I knew you could...

I like this next part: "The information is provided to federal, state, local, and tribal counterterrorism and law enforcement officials so they may effectively deter, prevent, preempt, or respond to terrorist attacks against the United States. Federal efforts to influence domestic public opinion must be conducted in an overt and transparent manner, clearly identifying United States Government sponsorship. (emphasis mine). I read this to mean that the Federal Government has decided that, in an effort directed towards focusing local law-enforcement activities in their preferred manner, this report is designed to influence domestic public opinion overtly.

Transparency was only achieved after this report was leaked publicly...

So, the Department of Homeland Security is advocating that Law Enforcement take pre-emptive measures to "prevent" terrorist attacks against the United States. Remember this line when you read further into the report. It has a VERY chilling effect on your rights as citizens and Americans.

Page two lists in great detail the fact that NO SPECIFIC INFORMATION exists about potential attacks, and then in the next sentence states unequivocally that "rightwing extremists may be gaining new recruits by playing on their fears about several emergent issues."

That takes balls.

So does the lumping together of neo-Nazis and skinheads with the guy down the street who got laid off due to the economic downturn. Yep, if you have just lost your job, you are now a racist hate-monger who is angry that a black man is president. I wonder how that logic squares with the minorities who have lost their jobs due to the economic downturn? Are they now neo-Nazi Skinheads too?

I'm just asking.

Page two also re-hashes the old canard about Tim McVeigh... C'mon guys! McVeigh was a dirtbag who had militant Islamic ties. Really, he did. Would someone at DHS PLEASE go look it up? Or, at least, go ask someone intelligent and knowledgeable in the FBI? Pretty please?

Oh, Bottom of Page two...all you military types fresh from the front lines. You are now terrorists in the eyes of your government. Sorry. Potential terrorists. He didn't really mean it when he said it, posted it, stumped on it, talked to the President of Mexico about it, blamed YOU for the problems in Mexico because of it, and promised to ram through a treaty with that effect. Nope. Just smoke and mirrors. So all of you people buying guns for the first (second, fourth, fortieth) time can cut it out already. The police are getting worried that it will be harder to confiscate them now that you bought all of them.

This goes double for you returning vets with combat experience. Because, you know, unlike us poor civilian boobs, you guys and gals actually know how to use guns and you have the overseers a wee bit worried that you won't forget those skills any time soon.

Page four: If you oppose Gun Control efforts, Free Trade agreements with the Mexican Narco-State, Abortion, Same-sex Marriage, and "inter-racial crime", you might be a redneck Right Wing Extremist. (Although, parsing this, I guess inter-racial crime means crimes by members of one racial group against members of another. I am opposed to crimes against persons, regardless of race. Does this count?)

Bottom of page four: "(U//FOUO) Historically, domestic rightwing extremists have feared, predicted, and anticipated a cataclysmic economic collapse in the United States. They took four sentences to say one word: WACO. They are trying to self-fulfill a prophesy of their own creation...and will blame you just like they blamed Koresh and his followers.

Ummm. Hmmmm. If the economy collapses because we pumped a couple of trillion dollars into it without the production to back it up and caused hyper-inflation, you are branded an extremist if you prepared for it by putting aside food, weapons, and ammunition. To provide for your family, should it be required. To protect them, should it be required. To survive a very bad time, should it come to that. The Government (in all of its iterations) has absolutely no duty to protect an individual. This is established fact, cemented in the case law of the country. If Government has no duty to protect you, shouldn't you be prepared to if you have to? I am just asking...

As an aside: If the sun sets in the west and a million people watch it, did they conspire to achieve twilight? Or, did they look at their watches, see the time, read the signs, and prepare to witness it? Just because more than one person can read the signs of the times does not mean that they are a conspiratorial cabal. Really. You dim-witted horse's asses (with apologies to horses worldwide).

Page five: If you are against illegal immigration, you might be an extremist. If you are for it, you might be in Congress...

Logically, If A leads to B, and B leads to C, then A leads to C. This is not hard. If you look at the facts objectively, like THIS reporter did HERE, the facts are inescapable.

A little Crow, extra sauce...

Well, I made a mistake. I apologize to all of you left-leaning sympathizers. I got it wrong.

Obama is NOT a Socialist. There. I said it. I even agree with you.

The Democrats are not Socialists. Yep. I said that one too. I really mean it, too.

You see, Socialism (a milder form of just like Communism) requires that the State own the property, and then assigns the beneficial interest to whomever it pleases. This is not a description of what is happening today. It is not at all like what we are experiencing at the hands of our government. Well, maybe in the case of the banks and other companies that the government took (partial) ownership of...but just those cases. Otherwise, not the general situation in the country today.

Truly.

The situation we are in right now is one where private individuals and corporations get to retain ownership, and the State tells them how much of the benefit they will get to enjoy (if any).

This is definitely NOT Socialism.

This is Fascism.

Politics, again... (sigh)

Sorry readers. This one is about rights again. It is perfectly OK if you want to go do something else, because these fundamental truths will still be here when you get back.

Today, I am going to ask you to read and compare the Democratic Party platform of 2008 (found HERE) with an essay written by Ayn Rand (found HERE) entitled Man's Rights.

Since this is a request for you to do some work, and I know that some of you are too lazy to do so on your own, I will summarize. To wit: The Democratic Party, since before the turn of the twentieth century, has been interested in consolidating political and economic power into Government's hands in order to subjugate the people. They are doing this, one interest-group at a time, by creating rights where none existed previously and using the power of regulation and taxation to disarm their victims. Ayn Rand believes (as do I) that RIGHTS are something each person holds for themselves, and which do NOT impinge upon another's freedom to live and earn for himself (and dispose of those earnings) in any manner whatsoever, so long as no coercive force is involved.

The right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness does not mean that one person gets to gain them at the expense of another. The United States of today is far removed from that noble ideal.

(Lest you think I am absolving the Republican Party of any wrong-doing, the same statement applies to them, but with a different twist. The Republican Party is ALSO subjugating the people to their schemes by promoting fear of Government among their constituents while at the same time growing the very same government in the name of public security.)

Since this piece is about the Democrats though (and especially since they hold absolute political power at the moment), I will focus upon them.

In 1944, FDR put forth an "Economic Bill of Rights" which basically stated that the "People" (presumably, the working class) had a right to unearned economic benefits which were to be obtained by taking them from other People (presumably the "evil rich people"), in the name of fairness. This kind of populism works politically because usually there are many more working-class voters than there are potential victim voters. Throw into the mix an elaborate Ponzi scheme known as Social Security, and you now have an electorate that will become dependent upon Government for moneys extracted from others.

In 1960, the Democratic Party renewed this pledge of economic rights with these promises taken from the 1960 party platform:

“1. The right to a useful and remunerative job in the industries or shops or farms or mines of the nation.

“2. The right to earn enough to provide adequate food and clothing and recreation.

“3. The right of every farmer to raise and sell his products at a return which will give him and his family a decent living.

“4. The right of every businessman, large and small, to trade in an atmosphere of freedom from unfair competition and domination by monopolies at home and abroad.

“5. The right of every family to a decent home.

“6. The right to adequate medical care and the opportunity to achieve and enjoy good health.

“7. The right to adequate protection from the economic fears of old age, sickness, accidents and unemployment.

“8. The right to a good education.”

Ayn Rand asked then, as we should ask now: "At whose expense?"
"Jobs, food, clothing, recreation(!), homes, medical care, education, etc., do not grow in nature. These are man-made values—goods and services produced by men. Who is to provide them?

If some men are entitled by right to the products of the work of others, it means that those others are deprived of rights and condemned to slave labor.

Any alleged “right” of one man, which necessitates the violation of the rights of another, is not and cannot be a right.

No man can have a right to impose an unchosen obligation, an unrewarded duty or an involuntary servitude on another man. There can be no such thing as “the right to enslave.”

A right does not include the material implementation of that right by other men; it includes only the freedom to earn that implementation by one’s own effort."

It is my firm belief that we are now at a perilous time in our Nation's history. As a nation of (ostensibly) free people, we should all be asking ourselves if we really want to go down this path. The Democrats' recently passed "Stimulus" bill is nothing more than a TRILLION DOLLARS (far worse actually, including interest) of pay-offs to their special-interest constituencies, big-government apologists, and anti-freedom groups who seek to disarm you and OWN you through regulation and wage-slavery. It is an unprecedented expansion of the Federal Government that makes Bush look like the amateur he was. As a citizen, it is your duty to read what is in this bill, understand it and its implications for restrictions on your freedoms, and then spread the word to others.

Your kid's future depends upon it.
