Times Square bombing attempt question

How come the State-run "Mainstream Media" is ignoring the fact that the attempted bombing vehicle was parked outside of Viacom's building? The only references seem to be three obscure bloggers...

You know, Viacom. That behemoth media conglomerate that owns MTV, VH1, CBS, Paramount, and Comedy Central. Comedy Central, the network on which South Park airs. The same South Park which had the temerity to depict the prophet Mohammed in a bear suit, and then caved to pressure after the humorless jihadists threatened death.

It is almost like it isn't news if the Islamist Jidahists attempt to kill people. Dog bites Man, and all that...

Now, if it was Tea Partiers, or Constitutional Militia types, they would be all over it. Because, it fits the narrative that they are trying to create, even though it is at odds with reality. It is almost as if the Media Complex has an agenda...

I'm really upset about the amount of attention heaped on such a totally half-assed bomb, even if it detonated it wouldn't have done much. Propane and gasoline? Were they just going for a cool Hollywood fireball?

Could have been for effect, could have been an incompetent sympathizer. In any case, I have heard a lot about the location in relation to the Lion King Theater, the Sunglass Hut store, and some other less-significant locales. Hardly a mention about Viacom. Plus, did you notice the published denial by the Pakistani Taliban? C'mon, the Taliban? The threat was issued by al Qaeda, not the Taliban.

Keep watching the OTHER hand...

Gudus, maybe you don't know, but gasoline and propane both contain approximately 15 times the energy of TNT by weight. figuring 10 gallons of gas at 6.2lbs per gallon, and 3* 15lb propane canisters, the thing was equivalent to about 730lb of TNT. Good thing the guy did not know how to get all that potential energy out of it all at once, and no, I'm not going to tell anyone how.
