Played a Doubles tournament today at 2 nearby courses. My first tournament, and we placed 'in the money'. It was a good day's exercise, and I got to meet some really nice people. I think this is a pretty good second hobby. And, discs are cheaper than ammunition. :D

Plus you can re-use the discs
If nothing else, it 'should' improve hand/eye coordination :-) Just keep the dogs away!
NFO, any dog that tries to catch a golf disc is going to regret it. The discs a much sharper profile and are moving *much* faster than a regular 'frisbee'.
That is for sure, especially with ammo prices rising by the minute. Plus you get to burn more calories participating in disc golf tournaments. Mr.B has a good point too in re-using the discs. Matt-www.digitalsportinggoods.com
