Hmm...I wonder
I wonder if "Cap and Trade" and other Environmental Protection laws (and other economy-destroying schemes enacted to save Gaia) can be challenged under 1st Amendment grounds? With all of the controversy surrounding Global WarmeningClimate Change research...er...results...er...position papers, shouldn't we be asking why our government is violating the Establishment Clause?
