People who bring tea with Coca in it from Bolivia have their tea bags confiscated even though it's a drink and it's not cocaine. They're pretty strict about it at customs.
Interestingly enough, Newbius, I know an individual (licensed medical marijuana grower) who is attempting to brew an "intoxicating liquor," as you call it, from cannibis.
As to whether he'll be protected, well, that's another question.

Interesting question, and NO idea over here. But I hear some of the LWL are trying to have sugar declared a dangerous drug!
I think it comes down to whether or not the Feds will Tax it. Really surprised that they are spending so much money rather than making money.

I used the phrase 'intoxicating liquors' purposefully, as that is the wording in the Amendment.
