Lane v. Holder MPI Orals today

Lane v. Holder (sales of handguns across state lines) is having oral arguments on the Motion for Preliminary Injunction. No word yet on the outcome (arguments scheduled for 10:00 AM), but the MPI brief filed by Alan Gura is stunning. Go read it.

"According to Defendants, they have not actually done anything—the lack of interstate handgun sales is purely voluntary—yet Defendants feel very strongly that they should not be enjoined from doing whatever it is that they are not doing, and they assure the Court that they are working fast to legislatively correct the problems they are not causing."

Looks like Mr. G. has another one going up to SCOTUS, and will come away again a winner. One has to wonder why that Loser Holder keeps on playing in the Majors. Where did he get his Law License from, a Cracker Jack Box?
