If Obama signs the amnesty legislation, does he then become a "Natural-Born Citizen"?

Someone please clarify for me why a 14th Amendment Citizen is different than a Natural Born Citizen. I believe that I know the answer, and I am not sure that the rest of the country does. It is too bad that the people in charge of curricula nationally no longer think it important to teach Civics the old fashioned way, with emphasis on the Constitution.

Before any native born citizen is allowed to vote they must pass the same test(s) as naturalized citizen.
I've no doubt the voter roles would be thinned quite a bit. And the quality of elected officials would improve quite a bit.
Well, 14th Amendment citizens are All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof...;"natural born citizens" can in theory also be children of US citizens born in other countries, but I don't believe that's ever been tested for Article II purposes.
