Oh...11/21...It's a 5 hour drive for me and I'll probably need to stay overnight before heading back up. What should I bring with me?

Possible hiccup- Sweetwater Tavern is part of the Great American Restaurants" chain and this chain has a "no guns" policy. While it is legal in VA to openly carry a handgun in a restaurant that serves alcohol, if the facility asks you to remove it or depart then you must do so. I am thinking that there might be a more "gun-friendly" establishment in the Chantilly area that would welcome us if we are carrying. Or, we can go to Sweetwater...

Update- I sent an email to the CEO asking if the "no guns" policy is still in effect. Waiting on a reply. If it is, I think we should take our business elsewhere, and I will tell the CEO that our business is lost to his chain until his policy changes. I second the question about groupies, though I never really considered myself as such, before....
And I DEFINITELY recommend a gun-friendly place. It is not that there is a shortage of these, here. I OC, here, though not in the wet or cold.
Drat - someone finally gets a gunblog meet in locally and I'm out in the kitty-litter-box-istan. Hopefully it will be sucessful enough there will be a redo in early Feb while I'm back in Reston on R&R.
I have OC'd at the Sweetwater in Chantilly, but it was just me, not a large group.
